For which dogs is Vetline Weight Control intended?
For dogs whose vet recommends switching to a dietetic complete food due to overweight, as well as for dogs with diabetes mellitus who require a suitable diet alongside veterinary treatment.
Over the course of a dog’s life, different health challenges may arise. One of the most common is overweight – a condition that can often be brought under control with the targeted use of a dietetic complete food such as Vetline Weight Control.
What sets BELCANDO Vetline apart from other dietetic complete foods?

Vetline also offers flexibility: wet food, dry food – or a combination of both. Each option is carefully tailored to the needs of overweight dogs.
To ensure a smooth transition, it’s best to stick with your dog’s usual feeding routine. So choose the type of food your dog is already familiar with. And if they enjoy a combination of wet and dry, you can continue this with Vetline Weight Control wet and dry varieties.

Feeding recommendation
Dietetic complete food for dogs for the reduction of excessive body weight and the regulation of glucose supply (Diabetes mellitus).
Average quantities for feeding dogs are listed in the table shown.
Recommended feeding duration for the reduction of excessive body weight: Until target body weight is achieved and after if required to maintain target bodyweight. For an efficient weight loss or ideal weight maintenance, the recommended daily energy intake should not be exceeded.
Recommended feeding duration for Diabetes mellitus: Initially up to 6 months.
It is recommended that a veterinarian’s opinion be sought before use and before extending the period of use. Low level of mono- and disaccharides.
The correct feeding quantity is best determined by regularly checking the dog’s weight. Fresh drinking water should be available at all times. Once open, store in the fridge for max. 24 hours.
